2. Scope
We provide landscape planning: site survey, concept design, planting and lighting plans, specifications and author supervision. Scope, deliverables and deadlines are fixed in the written quote. Before ordering we disclose the service, price, performer and terms under the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015.
3. Quotes and payment
A quote is valid for 30 days. Work begins after written acceptance and the prepayment stated in the quote. Late payment may pause delivery.
4. Client duties
You supply accurate site data, proof of the right to use the land, and timely approvals. Plans rely on that information and on conditions seen at survey.
5. Warranties and liability
We work with due professional skill. Plant survival, growth and statutory approvals are outside our control and are not guaranteed. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the affected stage. Your rights under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991 are not limited.
6. Advertising
Descriptions, comparisons and environmental claims are truthful and substantiated under the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising” No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996.
7. Personal data
We process personal data to perform the contract and answer requests under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 3993-IX of 19 November 2024. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Complaints and disputes
Write to contact@crylnox.com or call +380 674 605 9206; we reply within 30 days. Consumer disputes may be brought to the State Consumer Protection Service of Ukraine or to the courts, per the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991.
